Return Policy
ORDERS CAN'T BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED.
Clearance and Final Sale:
*All items with Clearance in the name are Final Sale items*
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund. Returns will be issued a store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Store Credit: We only offer store credit, No refunds.
To start a return, you can contact us at natsclassy@natsclassyboutique.com. Please, do not send the item until you receive confirmation from us saying you can do so.
Steps to Return Items:
- Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy.
- Make sure to create a customer account.
- Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost. (We do not cover shipping costs).
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
Once the return is approved you can send the item to:
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at natsclassy@natsclassyboutique.com . You have 3 business days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. The following items are non-returnable.
- Clearance Items
- Due to hygienic purposes, the following will be Final sale items such as bras, leggings, hair accessories, hats, beanies, swimwear, undergarments, socks, slippers, shoes, and eyewear and are non-returnable.
*We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, and smoke*
Processing Time: Once we receive your return it can take 3-5 business days for it to be processed and for the store credit to be applied to your account. Be sure to make a customer account before sending it back. You will be emailed once your store credit is issued to that customer account.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
